- 30 Amp power supply with two pole breaker
- 4 x Double power points
- 2 x Office Lights
- Vinyl flooring
Included in your office space rental is:
- Parking for 1 x Car
- Shared comfort room
- Shared kitchen
Electricity is metered separately and billed at P13 per KwH.

We will design a Product Storage system specifically for your products. If you import steel, we will design your racking specifically for steel.
Inventory Management
We keep accurate records of your inventory so that you can manage your stock levels.
Pick and Pack
Upon receiving your order, we pick your items from our shelves and pack ready for dispatch to your customers.
Delivery
We deliver all over Cebu province. We own a core fleet of multi cabs, enclosed six wheeler's and flatbeds and have close partnerships with key specialist trucking companies.
